Dr. Grant Watkins is the founder and CEO of Spine Stop Chiropractic, a growing network of 9 offices across Kentucky and Tennessee focused on delivering natural, drug-free healthcare that helps patients live pain-free and move better.
A 1999 graduate of Logan University, Dr. Watkins has practiced chiropractic care for over two decades and taught Activator Methods for 15 years, training and testing doctors throughout the western United States. As an adjunct faculty member for Life University, Campbellsville University, and Logan University, he has helped shape the next generation of chiropractors with a commitment to evidence-informed care and clinical excellence.
Dr. Watkins built Spine Stop Chiropractic around one simple belief: patients deserve results they can see and understand. Every office uses before-and-after posture analysis and functional testing to track real progress. From newborns to patients over 100, his team delivers personalized, natural care focused on restoring alignment, motion, and long-term wellness.
